We are very sorry if you would like to return/refund your product. Please find full details of our return & refund policy below.

As this is a small business, all customers have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase to return products. To process your refund for any ADMCreations product (must be purchased directly from the website), the product must be returned unused and in the same condition as it was received.

Customers will receive notices when items have successfully been returned, as well as updates on return/refund decisions. Partial refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for all non-physical products are always case-by case.

Original design products take time. ADMCreations LLC is a small company that fulfills your orders (with a little help) on-demand. This helps with burnout and reduces overproduction. Most of the costs associated with purchasing items go directly towards this expense. Thus, some products will take more time getting to your door. Please be patient with us!

Order Fulfillment for Non-physical Products (eBooks, digital drawings, etc.):

This product is electronically delivered to the email address on file after successful purchase from the customer. In the case of eBooks, the file will be a read-only pdf file. Please note that any products not specified to be free-of-use, are still the property of ADMCreations LLC and affiliates.

The reproduction, reselling, or any other distribution of said property is theft and may result in legal action. If you, the customer, have not purchased a product with full-use rights, please respect the creator’s intellectual property.
